Why early access pricing?
We are not a complete platform yet. Charging full price for a focused workflow tool feels dishonest. Early access pricing reflects that and unlocks roadmap participation.
Will pricing change later?
Yes. Shops that join during early access get their pricing locked through the launch of the v1 platform, even when published pricing rises. Written into the contract.
What if I want to leave?
No contract lock-in during early access. You own your data: exports are CSV for customers, vehicles, work orders, and the audit trail.
Do you charge per user?
No. Unlimited advisors, technicians, and customer accounts on every plan. We charge per shop.
What about payments?
Stripe processes card payments at standard Stripe rates. Cyon Auto charges no additional payment markup. Manual payment recording is free.
Do I need to commit to a year?
Month-to-month or annual. Annual gets two months free. You can switch either direction with the next billing cycle.
